Taking the film The Wrestler as my starting point, I have developed CHROMA, a visual narrative connecting the aesthetics from the 90’s, present and near future simply through a color, chroma green, materializing the relationship between analogue and digital.
The materials and processes have been carefully selected, fading the line between innovation and tradition. 3D printing biocomposite Renaissance hands, oversized pearls and parrot green jade stones are connected and assembled into an intricate collection evoking iconic elements of the film such as the white bandages and the chroma green wrestling singlet of Randy ‘The Ram’.
Several of the CHROMA pieces can be combined in various ways, and what can function as an earring can also be used as a clasp for a necklace. Versatile jewels, as in previous of our collections, which can be reinterpreted by the wearer.
