All orders are shipped with GLS or UPS. The moment your order ships you will receive and e-mail informing you of the tracking number.
Customs forms will be marked as merchandise with the full price paid for the item. The buyer is responsible for any taxes, customs charges or duties placed on your package.

Returns or exchanges are accepted within the 14 days following the delivery of your order. Please return the item in the exact same condition in which they were sent.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable and return postage with a tracking number is to be paid by the customer. We will only be able to process your return if you email us the tracking number as we cannot be held responsible if the item does not get to us.
We will try to process returns promptly. Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable. You may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly.
